Building works often throw up a number of intangibles and unforeseen circumstances. However, by managing the process we can try and identify those issues at an early stage in the development and minimise the effect that these may have on your project.

A detailed specification of the work can be prepared, allowing you to focus on your specific requirements and to formalise any expectations of the contractor in terms of management and supervision, quality of work and contract duration. The specification can then be used to obtain competitive quotations, where you can be sure that each contractor is pricing on the same basis.  

The full project management service would include managing the process for you on site. We can arrange all of the necessary contract documentation, monitor the progress of the work and value the work as it proceeds, giving you a tighter reign over the budget and ensuring that you are only paying the builder for work that has genuinely been completed.

For new housing and flat conversions, we are also able to offer a Professional Consultant’s Certificate in accordance with the Council of Mortgage Lenders requirements where a full NHBC warranty or similar is not available from the builder.
