We undertake architectural services for domestic extensions, conversion work and small commercial projects. We have experience in property of all ages and construction types and can advise on the most practical way to achieve your ideal extension while meeting with your budgetary constraints.
Our experience acting as a consultant for various local authority building control departments over the years has given us a key understanding of the statutory requirements relating to a building project and how they may influence the design of your project. We also have experience of building within conservation and greenbelt areas.
Structural design calculations are normally carried out in-house, allowing key design issues to be identified at an early stage of the project.
We can also prepare lease plans and plans for submission to Land Registry in accordance Land Registry requirements.
